Awesome breakfasts.
Such great stay, as always. Little hotel and particularly good and great location to the local station. Cozy bed, nice bathroom and climate control, pay television and a fridge in the room. The stuff were lovely and good and helped with private parking. Location really close to all restaurants, many shop and Odawara and Hakone. A kind of excellant service...

The location is okay, not too far from the station, which makes it easy to walk to. the surrounding area is average at best. the hotel's breakfast has a good selection, but nothing special. the rooms are fairly spacious and generally clean, although there have been reports of mold and outdated decor. the Wi-Fi works well, and the staff is generally helpful.
The air conditioning can be quite noisy, which may disturb light sleepers.

Great Location and Helpful staff!
My partner and I enjoyed our escape to a hotel that was located in a prime area close to a train station and readily available restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, plus we had access to great wifi. We had the advantage of good room cleaning service and the laundry service was too good.
The food was also quite salty, especially the potato wedges and the scrambled eggs which were like thick gravy. The hotel did not cater much to non-smokers, and the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes and there were no non-smoking rooms available.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station which made exploring the city very easy. the reception staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay, answering any questions we had. Two complementary items were offered to guests, making us feel appreciated. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in.
The non, smoking policy was not enforced as we were given a smoking room instead of a non, smoking one. This was disappointing as the room had a strong cigarette smell and we had requested a non, smoking room in advance.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy and the blackout curtains made for a restful sleep. Cereal and milk were a nice touch.
All was perfect.

During my recent stay at the Rembrandt Hotel, I discovered that the location was absolutely perfect. Being just a short three-minute walk from the train station, it made commuting and exploring the nearby restaurants incredibly convenient. Additionally, the room cleaning service and laundry service provided by the hotel were exceptional. The availability of a washing machine and microwave on the fourth floor was also a great added bonus.
Though there were a few drawbacks, such as the expensive breakfast and slow WiFi, I found that these could easily be overcome. In fact, I discovered a McDonald's just around the corner that offered a better breakfast for a fraction of the price.

We loved how easy it was to walk to the hotel from the local station. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, particularly the room where we stayed. We appreciated the various toiletries that were provided in the bathroom. The staff were kind and helpful, and some even spoke English to accommodate guests. Additionally, this city had plenty of dining options nearby.
Nothing that we didn't like.

rembrandt hotel in atsugi never disappoints. english-speaking staff, amazing breakfast buffet, and a nice western style bathtub. the location is perfect, easy to walk to from the train station and there's a 7-11 nearby with an atm that accepts western cards.
one minor issue, staff struggled with making outside phone calls from the room. took them a while to figure it out.
